Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, finance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reports
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on administrative procedures
  • Coordinate grant writing and submission
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
