About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor - Community Health will oversee the HOST and PATH programs, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation of services. This role requires strong clinical and administrative skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HOST Project Manager and Senior Program Manager to develop and implement program strategies
  • Oversee outreach and engagement efforts, case management services, and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to promote continuity of care for clients
  • Assess staff members' strengths and training needs, providing regular supervision and feedback
  • Develop team cohesion and facilitate effective communication among team members

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or relevant field; or Bachelor of Nursing degree with specialty in mental health
  • One or more years' experience in community-based behavioral health services
  • Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff from diverse backgrounds

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
