As a Clinical Program Supervisor with Kyo, you will play a critical role in developing customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with clients, families, teachers, and staff to ensure seamless implementation of ABA services. Your expertise will be utilized to design and deliver training programs, conduct observations and assessments, and track progress towards set goals.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Seattle North team as a Clinical Program Supervisor. This role offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $90,500, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
  • Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in various settings, including schools, homes, or communities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients and communicate frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress.
  • Design and deliver training programs for parents, professionals, and staff.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also participate in regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects while your caseload is building. As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will model program implementation for caregivers and staff, attend and facilitate client and staff meetings as needed, and make all reasonable attempts to ensure efficacious development of programs for our clients.

As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, deliver quarterly performance reviews to mentees, and act as the Responsible Supervisor for any BTs in your mentor group enrolled in BACB coursework.
