Job Summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in a global manufacturing company that specializes in medical devices. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product conformance to quality requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products to determine conformance to quality requirements and standards.
  • Use measuring tools, fixtures, and equipment such as CMMs, Smart-Scopes, micrometers, verniers, gauge pins, height gauges, etc. to inspect products.
  • Execute CMM / Smart Scope programs after fixturing parts.
  • Perform material moisture checks.
  • Communicate visual and dimensional non-conformances with Operations in a timely manner.
  • Identify and contain non-conforming product.
  • Prepare and complete required reports and departmental forms.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job inspection experience to acquire familiarity with methods, procedures, tools, and equipment and to perform the work proficiently.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • CMM/PC-DMIS/SmartScope experience a plus.
