Job Overview:

PMB Talent Partners is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing final visual and mechanical inspections of sheet metal parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Understand and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to determine the best methods for completing tasks efficiently.
  • Interpret technical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate inspections.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products against written sample procedures.
  • Inspect and sort products during the manufacturing process.
  • Perform final inspections before products are shipped.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a combination of education and experience.

Experience

1-2 years of related experience or training is preferred.

Work Environment:
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Second shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30PM-11:00PM.
