Role Summary:

The Cosmetic Production Specialist will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our distinctive biologic technology and skincare products. The ideal candidate will possess robust laboratory expertise and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a compact team. This hands-on position is essential for both the ongoing and future development of advanced skincare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct small-scale production of key cosmetic ingredients, specifically Human Platelet Extract.
  • Oversee the formulation and manufacturing of skincare products.
  • Manage product inventory and procurement processes.
  • Assist in assessing new packaging options for products.
  • Provide scientific insights during quality, marketing, and business discussions.
  • Develop and implement new laboratory testing protocols.
  • Ensure the facility is maintained in a state of readiness for inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient laboratory skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical writing capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience is necessary; 5 years is preferred.
  • Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products is advantageous; experience in a controlled manufacturing environment is essential.
