Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with parts and service operations, including receiving and processing customer orders, stocking parts, and preparing repair orders.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries.
- Make calls to customers regarding past due accounts and status of parts orders.
- Prepare bank deposits, balance cash receipts, and perform other financial tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the dealership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
