We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts and Service Assistant to join our team at Quality Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with parts and service operations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with parts and service operations, including receiving and processing customer orders, stocking parts, and preparing repair orders.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Make calls to customers regarding past due accounts and status of parts orders.
  • Prepare bank deposits, balance cash receipts, and perform other financial tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the dealership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
