As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating daily operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records. About the Role

This is a full-time position located in our Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles and a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong background in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for directors.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000.
