Senior Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Senior Office Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in the project management of furniture orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a project schedule outlining deadlines for specifications, construction, order entry, delivery, installation, and move.
- Installation Coordination: Monitor shipping schedules, schedule receipt and installation with the Installation Supervisor, Customer, and Salesperson.
- Pre-Installation Meetings: Schedule pre-installation and post-installation meetings with the Installation Supervisor, Designer, Salesperson, and CSR.
- Contractor Communication: Coordinate with outside contractors (i.e., telephone, cable, electricians) and inform them of installation methods within the furniture systems.
- Punchlist Walk-Throughs: Conduct a punchlist walk-through with the customer and attain a signature on outstanding issues.
- Project Status Updates: Participate in weekly project status update meetings with CSRs and Sales and provide weekly project status updates to the Vice President of Operations.
- On-Site Coordination: Be available for on-site coordination and resolution of any issues at the time of installation.
- Furniture Inventory: Schedule any off-site storage facilities if required and inventory and determine disposition of any extra furniture.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to and receive project information from Sales.
- Team Meetings: Participate in the monthly Project Manager Team meeting.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prefer 5 years of experience related to office furniture.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Certifications: A valid NC driver's license is required.
