Job Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and efficiently onboarding new employees. The Office Operations Coordinator will also assist with data entry, expense posting, and human resources-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and maintain financial records.
  • Post expenses and perform routine bookkeeping duties.
  • Support human resources with onboarding new employees, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain organized records and comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform general office tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Controller and other team members as needed.
