Job Title: Sales Territory Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Territory Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a contact strategy for assigned customers and identified prospects
* Actively monitor order activity from all assigned customers
* Identify new sales opportunities through research, customer referrals, and observations
* Communicate competitive market information to relevant company individuals
* Fully document all contacts in Empire ERP system

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
* Ability to build rapport with customers and work under minimal supervision
* Self-motivated with keen negotiating skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Our ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent technical and computer skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.
