Territory Growth Representative
About the Job:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Growth Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A SALES PLAN TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM SALES GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY IN YOUR TERRITORY.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS BY ESTABLISHING TRUST AND CREDIBILITY WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS.
- EXECUTE ALL STEPS OF THE SALES PROCESS, INCLUDING PROSPECTING, COLD CALLING, NEGOTIATION, AND CLOSING DEALS.
- PARTNER WITH HOME DEPOT FIELD AND CORPORATE COLLEAGUES TO IDENTIFY HIGH-OPPORTUNITY CONVERSION AND MARKET PENETRATION OPPORTUNITIES.
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
- STRONG SALES ACUMEN AND RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT.
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- A COMPETITIVE SALARY RANGE OF $65,000 - $85,000 PER YEAR, based on experience.
