Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Leader to join our team, responsible for driving organic growth across multiple states through various distribution channels. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration to maximize new client volume and develop successful market strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on external relationships, community engagement, and other strategic partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Directly lead and develop a multi-state team of Field and Inside Sales teams, guiding them towards achieving growth-oriented goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies and sales tactics.
  • Client Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the client funnel to maximize new client volume through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or additional relevant degrees/credentials a plus.
  • Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in business growth roles, including sales, talent recruiting, account management, distribution channel management, strategic partnerships, marketing, and business leadership.
  • Previous experience in the home care or healthcare industry valuable but not required.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, developing successful market strategies, and driving innovation.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
