We are seeking a skilled Regional Vice President to join our Digital Advertising team at CoStar Group.

As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your region, attracting and developing a strong team of sales executives, and ensuring they meet their performance goals. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement sales plans that align with corporate objectives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in industries such as digital media advertising or commercial real estate. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence.

You will lead by example, inspiring and creating excitement with your team, customers, sales prospects, and the wider organization. Your high-energy entrepreneurial spirit, delegation skills, and business acumen will empower your team to succeed.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Driving annual sales growth in their region
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining top sales talent
  • Working with regional directors to develop them into high-performing sales leaders
  • Ensuring training needs are met for the sales force
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve corporate goals

A strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry, coupled with excellent relationship-building skills, will enable you to create lasting connections with key stakeholders, drive retention, and increase additional sales to existing accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Five or more years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Three or more years of experience managing sales efforts in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • A valid driver's license
