Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) is a leading provider of integrated risk solutions, serving clients across 30 countries with over 1500 professionals. Our suite of risk consulting encompasses enterprise risk management, actuarial and analytics, risk financing and property and casualty risk control and claims services.

We seek a business development professional to drive consulting services in the US market, working as a regionally dedicated sales and growth specialist. This role will be based in major markets in the West, Mid-West, South and Northeast regions, but with potential client responsibilities throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate AGRC's value propositions across core risk consulting solution lines and industry specialties.
  • Present diagnostic loss analyses and qualitative reviews to identify trends and financial improvement impact for clients.
  • Foster relationships within the Aon network, including market level account executives, producers, and regional leaders.
  • Collaborate with US AGRC leadership and subject matter experts to drive growth strategies.
  • Design and deliver impactful RFP responses, both offensive and defensive.
  • Present AGRC propositions in person or virtually to support RFP responses.
  • Lead information sessions within assigned regions to promote AGRC services.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies at office and regional levels to support CRS and AGRC growth goals.
  • Manage regional penetration opportunities on the current book of business and execute sales campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior sales and business development experience, with evidence of success and revenue growth.
  • Technical skills in addressing various P&C risk consulting services.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data management tools.
  • Project management experience with an understanding of risk management consulting philosophies.
  • Ability to interpret data and create client-facing strategic plans.
  • Capacity to work effectively on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstration of exceptional writing and presentation skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $193,750, based on national averages for similar roles. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans, which may include discretionary bonuses and production incentives.
