Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Process insurance verifications and benefits management
  • Obtain authorization and prior authorization
  • Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly
  • Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications & Pay Range:

We require a minimum of a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
