Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet patients and families, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate Patient Flow: Manage patient check-in, registration, and scheduling processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to troubleshoot issues and meet patient needs.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay Organized: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple applications, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 12 Months of Experience: In healthcare or customer service industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks.
