Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Coordinator at Peachtree Orthopedics, you will be instrumental in enhancing the patient experience. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Patients: Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, providing a friendly greeting, confirming appointments, and ensuring their comfort during visits.
  • Efficient Multitasking: Manage various responsibilities, including insurance verification and daily collections, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize computer systems for appointment modifications and patient records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of clinics by addressing facility-related concerns and maintaining an organized waiting area.
  • Effective Communication: Act as a crucial link between patients, clinical staff, and physicians, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary support.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with daily operational tasks, including managing mail, packages, and office supplies, to support the team effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) being a significant advantage.
