YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

This position operates on a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in establishing a welcoming atmosphere. Many patients arrive in discomfort, and your friendly demeanor can provide them with reassurance and hope.

Your responsibilities include collecting and verifying patient information, managing appointments, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks. As a vital team member, you will assist with various duties to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, and you will take pride in supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Familiarity with Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations
Previous customer service experience is advantageous. A basic understanding of health insurance is also beneficial. If you meet these criteria and can fulfill the responsibilities outlined, we would be pleased to consider you for this position.
