Job Summary

Museum of Ice Cream is seeking an experienced and skilled Experience & Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing our team members to provide world-class service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable.
    • Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all guest-facing areas of the museum are consistently meeting our high standards.
  • Team Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional guest service.
    • Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their full potential and meet our high standards.
  • Operations
    • Work closely with the management team to ensure that all operational aspects of the museum are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
