About the Role

At RTM Business Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional professional development experiences that drive results. As a Senior Client Acquisition Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

This is a full-time, hybrid/remote position available in NY, NJ, CT, CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC, and IN. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to produce event collateral, manage tasks, and build relationships with C-Level executives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or customer success, with 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in technology, including CRM and Airtable, are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000, plus bonuses and incentives based on performance. Our total compensation package includes 15+ PTO days, flexible/hybrid work model, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K after 12 months of employment, pre-tax commuter benefits, and travel opportunities to major cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-Level executives, leveraging email marketing, social selling, phone calls, and pitches.
  • Work closely with internal teams to produce event collateral, manage tasks, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Travel nationally for up to 6 events per year, attending 4-5 days per event.
  • Utilize CRM and Airtable to manage tasks, track progress, and analyze results.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to achieve shared goals.
