Join Our Team as an Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team in the New York/New Jersey market. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales experience and expertise to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on plan & spec / construction sales. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs for control system applications per plans/specifications.
  • Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.
