Transform Sales and Build Relationships as a Senior Account Executive

In this critical role, you will play a key part in transforming the sales process and driving revenue growth. As a senior account executive, you will engage with homeowners, understand their goals, and tailor Block's offerings to meet their renovation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication and tailored solutions
  • Develop creative ways to build relationships with customers and our contractor network
  • Master the art of sales by understanding residential construction basics and the Block value proposition
  • Collaborate with the contractor network and business operations to align on lead quality and network expansion

This full-time position reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager and offers an initial annual on-target earnings range of $100,000 to $120,000, inclusive of base salary and commission. Benefits include subsidized health insurance, flexible work environment, PTO, and more.
