Disability Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Fortune 1K accounts to achieve long-term success. This includes developing positive relationships with clients, creating a long-term account plan, understanding white-space opportunities that solve customers' business problems, and ultimately protecting and growing revenue in the account.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B field sales, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor, share, and act on sales metrics specific to the customer
  • Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes

Estimated salary range: $115,900 - $209,100 per year.
