About the Role

Remarkable Promotions Management Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and concerns
  • Assist with sales cycles and complete customer sales transactions
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs to enhance communication skills and leadership abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in the field is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is ideal
  • A student mentality and passion for working with others are a must
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and drive professional growth
