Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Bayone. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing by labeling, sorting, and storing them properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including demographic information and test results.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting; phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
