Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Health Matching Account Services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts and contact clients to resolve issues and provide assistance.
  • Work with customers to answer product and service questions, and provide solutions and alternatives.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Advise on company information and other pertinent details.
  • Use Microsoft Office to complete administrative tasks and maintain a strong knowledge of products through Company Training Program.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager regarding customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • High level of customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Punctuality and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service and Collections.
  • Highly energetic individual with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Degree plus 1 year of college.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service.
