Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems.

Estimated Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform daily duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor/Coordinator.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all spaces to impact employee, vendor, and visitor experience.
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs to validate work orders and generate new ones as needed.
  • Respond to email requests for building maintenance and general correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Support conference room maintenance, usage, and scheduling.
  • Maintain receptionist area and supplies at adequate levels.
  • Issue badges to vendors and visitors via the system.
  • Report inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.
  • Order breakroom supplies on a timely basis and maintain inventory.
  • Maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operation and management.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and outgoing mail while maintaining a current log.
  • Process work orders.
  • Perform other duties as required to support operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
