Administrative HR Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative HR Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of the HR Department. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with payroll processing, including reviewing and submitting timecards for accuracy.
  2. Maintaining employee personnel records in ADP, ensuring up-to-date information is available as needed.
  3. Providing administrative support for insurance administration, including creating and tracking reports.
  4. Assisting with event planning and coordination, as well as other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements include a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
