About the Role

As an HR Generalist at American Vulkan, you will play a vital part in supporting the growth and development of our dynamic manufacturing company. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, ensuring seamless operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and screen calls, providing information or scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate destination.
  • Provide essential information about our establishment, including the location of departments or offices, employees, or services offered.
Requirements
  • We are seeking an individual with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, who is SHRM Certified Professional or willing to obtain this certification within the first year of employment.
  • This role requires regular full-time hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week spent in-office.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $18 to $22 hourly (DOE). Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a 401K plan with a 5% employer match, two weeks' PTO time in the first year, and paid holidays. We also offer an employee educational assistance program.
