Job Overview

Compensation Package for Area Manager

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on assessment and experience)

Additional Compensation: Loyalty Bi-Annual Bonus Package (LBABP)

  • Bi-Yearly Bonus is determined by loyalty to the organization, managerial performance, and store outcomes throughout the year.
  • Monthly Performance Incentives

Vacation Benefits: (Available after 120 days of employment)

  • 10 days of vacation - Scheduling restrictions apply on days before or after designated store closures unless authorized.

Designated Store Closures:

  • Store closures include major holidays such as New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial-Labor Day weekend, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • No carry-over of closures if they coincide with weekends.

Health Benefits: Options available after one year of service.

Christmas Bonus Package

Travel Bonus Compensation may be available for associated entities based on experience and performance sales contests.

Ideal candidates can expect to earn between $85,000 - $115,000 in their first year.

Compensation:

$77,000 - $115,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a proactive list of key accounts to foster ongoing relationship development.
  • Generate new business opportunities, close sales, and enhance revenue through cold calling, site visits, and community networking.
  • Identify new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitive activities.
  • Motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Evaluate the performance of specific properties in your region and create sales strategies aligned with broader brand objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and negotiation skills.

Essential Skillset:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • A minimum of 10 years in the workforce with references or a 4-year degree.
  • Strong accountability and time management abilities.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Mid to high-level mechanical aptitude.

Additional Requirements:

  • Standard Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM); Wednesday and Saturday (7:30 AM - 1:30 PM).
  • Managers may be required to work additional hours for deliveries, service calls, and repairs outside of regular business hours.
  • Dress Code: Business casual attire, including company logoed shirts or collared shirts (no T-shirts).
  • Adhere to outlined processes and educate customers.
  • Maintain sales floor, inventory, and service department.
  • Oversee and lead employees while ensuring a clean and organized business environment.
  • Complete daily/monthly paperwork and deposits.
  • Maintain a positive attitude for self and employees, fostering a progressive work environment.
  • Respond to emails and messages daily.
  • Managers are expected to seek additional business within a defined radius.
  • Monthly sales averages must exceed $50,000 to maintain salary and bonus structure.
  • Promote a positive atmosphere within the branch as part of the larger organization.
