Our Client partners leverage decades of private equity experience and strong ties to corporations and government decision-makers to help grow portfolio companies.
Job Summary:
Private Equity and Private Credit Associate will work on all aspects of the firm’s deal execution and portfolio monitoring activity. The Associate will have a high level of exposure to Company’s Senior Investment professionals and portfolio company management teams. There is potential for long-term growth within the firm, as the team has a desire to promote from within.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing, managing, and reviewing new investment opportunities with senior investment professionals.
Preparing detailed financial models, including valuation and financial analysis
Managing transaction due diligence and third-party advisor workstreams
Preparing or assisting with preparation with investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.
Actively supporting portfolio company management teams in all areas relating to strategic and management support, including revenue and EBITDA growth, operational initiatives, financial reporting, and add-on acquisitions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience at a top investment bank or consulting firm
Self-starter: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Highly proficient in Excel/modeling and PowerPoint
Team player and ability to effectively adapt to companies culture.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and develop effective working relationships is essential.
Ability to liaise with third party advisors in a pressured environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be good at working under pressure and striking the right balance between working on own initiative and consulting with others when problems arise.
