Customer Service Specialist

We are a rapidly expanding home improvement firm seeking dedicated Customer Service Specialists who will serve as the essential link between our organization and its existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will excel in scheduling appointments for our sales team, addressing customer concerns, and responding to inquiries, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for our clients by providing comprehensive information about our products and services, addressing inquiries, and resolving any customer issues via phone.
- Assess customer needs, clarify details, investigate concerns, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Achieve personal and customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling objectives.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, with a focus on appointment scheduling.
- Understand and adhere to established Call Flow Processes.
- Document detailed notes to ensure accurate information is maintained.
- Identify opportunities to schedule appointments for clients.
- Utilize various computer and business software applications, including email, internet, and CRM systems, to track customer interactions and maintain records.
- Potential to earn additional bonuses based on performance.
- This is an in-person role.
- Strong Communication Skills: A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers over the phone.
- Experience: Background in customer service or call center environments, with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Positive Attitude: Professional communication skills and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Multitasking Ability: Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while assisting customers via phone and email.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and a good listener.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and various CRM platforms.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour with bonus potential
Expected hours: 40 per week.
