Lead the Way with NUCKOLLS

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity and results.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
