Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Eastern Shipbuilding Group. This is a full-time position based in Panama City, FL, with the possibility of occasional travel.
As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for executives and teams.
- Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices to provide guidance to colleagues and executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Easter Shipbuilding Group offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
