Illuminariums serve as a platform for showcasing immersive content, distinguishing them from conventional entertainment venues.

Role Overview

THE POSITION

As a Customer Engagement Associate at Illuminarium Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests enjoy an unparalleled experience. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, providing insights into the unique products offered, and communicating the significance of their purchases in supporting various charitable initiatives. You will also be tasked with processing transactions, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the high standards of customer service that are synonymous with Illuminarium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures
  • Knowledge of products and awareness of promotional offers
  • Engage with customers and assist them in their purchasing decisions
  • Effectively utilize Point of Sale systems and other technologies
  • Manage cash operations and perform end-of-shift audits
  • Maintain awareness of stock availability and product specifications
  • Support retail operations, including pricing, inventory management, and merchandising
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of retail experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and cash handling
  • Physical capability to lift and move merchandise
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven
