Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Ben E. Keith Company. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our sales representatives in various accounts, ensuring maximum visibility of our products, and maintaining product freshness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned customer locations on a regular basis to organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves, and displays.
  • Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain product freshness standards by monitoring and rotating stock regularly.
  • Ensure maximum visibility of Ben E. Keith products at account locations, including beer shelves, beer caves, and displays.
  • Maintain designated back stock area at customer locations, ensuring the area is organized and free of trash.
  • Check with supervisor daily for any special orders or needs.
  • Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
  • Prioritize multiple, competing priorities and attend meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply and have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
  • Reliable transportation is required, and you must meet the appropriate insurance requirements.
