ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Merchandise Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the fan experience during events. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every visitor enjoys a legendary shopping experience in our retail environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create an engaging and positive atmosphere for our diverse clientele.
  • Welcome guests and identify their interests to provide tailored sales recommendations.
  • Utilize POS systems with precision and accuracy.
  • Take ownership of store cleanliness, restocking, and other tasks as directed by management.
  • Enhance sales by effectively presenting merchandise and suggesting add-on items.
  • Articulate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and events.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and merchandise organization.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of products and events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Read and implement merchandising plans effectively.
  • Support the setup team in organizing event merchandise displays, including inventory management and store cleanliness.
  • Prior experience in merchandising is advantageous.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill the essential duties listed above. The following qualifications are required:

  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during events.
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail in cash handling and closing procedures.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various duties and responsibilities as needed.
