Job Summary

The University of Virginia Department of Pediatrics seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for the section of Pediatric Psychology and Behavioral Health. This role will perform work of a clerical nature, providing office support under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar management, reimbursements, account management, and email communication
  • Typical duties include: calendar management, reimbursements, account management, Qgenda, email communication, etc.
  • Consult with supervisors for most decisions outside of standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate and provide cross-coverage to the division of Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Administrative Assistant: No experience required
  • Intermediate Administrative Assistant: At least one year of relevant experience
What We Offer

The University of Virginia offers a competitive salary range of $36,000 - $40,000 commensurate with education and experience.
