Job Overview

Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is in search of a committed Care Coordinator/Dispatcher to manage the daily functions at our cremation facility. The ideal candidate will work alongside a skilled and dedicated team, ensuring our services consistently surpass the expectations of veterinary clinics and pet owners. With a strong sense of responsibility, the candidate will embody our values of compassion, quality, honesty, integrity, and dignity.

This role entails working four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute opening and closing procedures to guarantee the safety of personnel, equipment, and premises.
  • Motivate and guide a team of Care Providers/Drivers to provide outstanding service every day.
  • Conduct private cremation services with high standards (training will be provided).
  • Organize and schedule driver routes for pick-ups and returns from veterinary clinics and residences.
  • Act as the primary contact for all communications directed at drivers through phone, proprietary software, text, and email.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while assisting multiple families, ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
  • Oversee the movement of drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and returns.
  • Address inquiries from customers and veterinary staff in a prompt and professional manner, providing comprehensive support.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized crematory facility and company vehicles.
  • Occasionally lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds over short distances.
  • Carry out other assigned tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate driver routes and customer interactions.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering precise services.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring efficiency.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects with assistance.
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes four 10-hour shifts, including weekends.
