About the Role

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Service Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Productivity: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of parts and minimizing the risk of inventory loss. Partner with Centralized Parts Ordering to source parts defect-free and on-time.
  • Process Analytics: Conduct process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to optimize maintenance profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service and operations experience required, 2+ years of experience in service and parts departments preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, competent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
