About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transactions in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and foster a loyal customer base.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that meet their needs.
  • Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on our evolving products and processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which include standing for long periods and moving around the store.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
  • Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
