About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Customer Service team at Transdev as a Team Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service levels and meet or exceed individual call targets.
  • Manage escalated issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
