  • Investigate and report any incidents or accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities management services meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, business administration).
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a facilities management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and computer literacy.
