About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at GWR Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including apartments and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular community inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and appliances.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in the apartment industry.
  • HVAC/EPA certification and CPO certification.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
