Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager

LAZ Parking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of our parking locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective parking management.
  • Manage and plan schedules, train, and direct the activities of on-site employees.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees to support the organization's growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and business retention strategies.
  • Organize and narrate parking management skills for Supervisors and Team Leads.
  • Implement and deliver all requirements outlined in contractual agreements between LAZ Parking and clients.
  • Maximize revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction by maintaining high service thresholds and initiatives aligned with client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years in a Management role, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Parking management experience is preferred but not required.
  • IT experience preferred but not required.
