We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at W Group Holdings, LLC. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand for our vacation rental properties and other business lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Create and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our vacation rental properties and drive bookings, while also supporting other marketing initiatives for the broader company.
- Manage Online Presence: Implement and manage an effective company-wide online customer and vendor review initiative, and manage our primary website, as well as two separate vacation rental specific websites.
- Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitors, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives: Manage other digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and online advertising.
- Utilize AI and Technology: Utilize the latest in AI apps and tech to streamline and efficiently create and manage all marketing efforts.
- Oversee Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, such as digital and non-digital brochures, flyers, and virtual tours, to showcase properties effectively.
- Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate relationships with industry partners, travel agencies, and online booking platforms to maximize exposure and reach new audiences.
- Stay Informed: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing for vacation rental properties.
- Identify Marketing Partnerships: Identify co-marketing, cross-marketing, or other forms of marketing partnerships or collaboration with other organizations, influencers, and businesses with similar or desired customer demographic profiles as our target guests.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, with a proven results-based strategy/campaign development, implementation, and management background, some experience preferred, but not required, in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with various stakeholders.
- Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Vacation Rental Experience: Experience working with vacation rental properties or related businesses is a plus.
