About the Team

Dialpad's Mid-Market sales team plays a crucial role in achieving corporate objectives. They collaborate with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales leadership to improve the sales process.

Job Summary

As an Account Executive, Mid-Market, you will own the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to develop medium-sized business prospects into active Dialpad clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipeline
  • Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities
  • Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Own your key deal reviews, forecasts, and professional career roadmap
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
