About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Growth Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Plus team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to effectively target assigned customer segments and create new opportunities
  • Work closely with our Solution Architect team to ensure customers are supported in technical evaluations
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and Agency Partners to identify Channel sales opportunities and teach them how to effectively sell Klaviyo products to their clients
  • Self-prospect and advise existing Klaviyo customers on the value of consolidating their cross-channel marketing efforts onto our platform
  • Work with Product Marketing to drive attendance to webinars, make recommendations for new messaging and marketing materials to leverage in sales cycles
  • Participate in regular workshops, lunch and learns, executive round-tables, and in-market networking events to educate partners and customers on how to best leverage Klaviyo products to drive revenue and create long-lasting relationships
  • Provide feedback to our Product Team that impacts the product roadmap and what we build for our customers
Requirements
  • Experience with software subscription and cloud sales models (SaaS), with 5+ years of closing experience (Marketing Technology, Customer Data Platforms, eCommerce experience highly preferred)
  • Strong experience selling and winning against competitors
  • Experience cross-selling products into an existing set of customers is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Process driven and results oriented
  • Background in marketing automation is considered a plus
  • Team player, team coaching, and building skills
  • Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to work independently
  • Decisive, persistent, convincing
