Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aramark. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Supply guests with directions, travel information, and other relevant details to enhance their experience.
  • Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, delivering messages as needed and maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
  • Coordinate the resolution of guest concerns and communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous guest services experience is required.
  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
